Our heating packed up on Friday, just in time for the weekend! Charlie kindly squeezed us in on Friday afternoon, after a quick assessment of the situation he told us what was needed and that he'd get the new parts ASAP. Sure enough he was back first thing Monday and replaced the broken parts quickly and efficiently. Very happy indeed. Clear explanations of everything he was doing and advice on how to make the best out of our boiler/heating system etc. Nice chap and great service!

We used Charlie for an emergency call out and needed him to rectify a leak that occurred while works was being carried out around a radiator. We had a central heating shut down. I try and use local services where possible and called Ashtead plumbing and heating. Charlie was very helpful and despite working all of Saturday, still found time to call by on his way home and diagnose the problem which was a faulty water pump. Two days later as promised on Monday morning The job was completed for less than he had estimated which was a bonus! Charlie was polite, friendly, and professional. Charlie and his team provided an excellent service while installing a new boiler. The work was completed in a day and a half as promised and to a high standard. From the initial swift response to my request through to the installation and commissioning of the new boiler Charlie and his team were hard working courteous and professional. Charlie was extremely responsive, coming out within an hour in the evening to look at a boiler fault that had stopped us from having heating or hot water. He diagnosed the problem, as well as ensuring we had a temporary solution for that evening. The next day he came back with a replacement for the faulty part and fixed it promptly.
