James, was amazing. Spoke to my wife and talked about what he thought the price would be. Managed to fit us in, in what must be the busiest time of year for boiler engineers. Fitted an additional part at no extra charge. Even wore little blue plastic socks to cover his shoes. Highly recommend, will use again.
