Shane came to install our Hive system. We were given a time slot when he would be here and he arrived at the start of the time frame. He set to work but the unit i bought was the wrong one. He helped me locate the right one and waited while I got the right part and then got it all fitted in record time. He was knowledgeable and cleaned up everything afterwards. Since moving into the area we've used BolierPRO to service our boiler and fix a leaky rad valve. Paul was the engineer who came to fix the valve. His workmanship and professionalism was top notch - he explained the issue and the steps taken to remedy it. He was also friendly and an all round top guy!
