We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

Professional, friendly,and efficient From start to finish Dave and Dave gave us a top quality service which we highly recommend. From diagnosing the issue on the phone, a drain survey on the following day, they correctly identified the works needed and two weeks later worked over a week to skillfully resolve all the issues. Their customer service is brilliant, taking time to make sure we understood the problems, the works they proposed and answering questions clearly at every stage. They are highly skilled craftsmen with wonderful equipment and they left the area they worked in immaculate. All round very positive!

Let me start by saying what really nice lads Dave and Steve are! We were experiencing a leak which got worse after another plumbing company came to check it out and it nearly destroyed our walls and flooring. We gave Dave a call and within a few days he came over with Steve. Dave had a good look at our bath and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue and reassured us he could get it fixed no problem. We set up an appointment and they came back and did such a great job! They fixed the leak, resealed the bath and shower screen and even replaced the side part of the bath! Dave was really fair on the price and we paid half of what the previous plumbers charged us! Dave was even kind enough not to charge us the extra 30 minutes it took to have everything sorted! Really happy with the service provided by Joe. Fitted a shower pump for me, after my old one came to the end of its life cycle. He sourced a replacement for me and altered my piping in order to fit the new one. New pump working well, pumping shower and bath with good water pressure. Bexleyheath boiler replacement + new boiler installation into another room + removal of old radiator in favour of a vertical one. Joe was removing my very old 25+ years boiler from the kitchen that had a massive tank (located in utility room) and installed a new compact combi boiler into the utility room, super happy with the results. Joe is very efficient with his time, very professional and focused to get things done, but will also be attentive to your questions. He plastered the old boiler wall hole, drilled the new one in the utility room wall, did underfloor pipes work to make them straight, since we plan to also place a washing machine into the same utility room, he also removed a massive old radiator from the living room (new radiator is yet to be purchased). Joe also explained about thermostat positioning and he relocated it to a better place away from sun and drafts, he also showed about boiler indicators and parts and external weather sensor and what sounds combi boiler makes. It's a very clever new system. Hot water works, shower pressure on the second floor dramatically increased, kitchen space freed to place a fridge there. Very happy with the results. We contacted Greg in the middle of the night as we had an emergency leak and he came within 20 minutes. He went above and beyond to make sure the leak was sorted and to avoid us having to pay for further call out charges. He was honest and professional and his pricing is very reasonable. I had Raven Plumbing & Heating service my boiler and perform a power flush on my pipes. They went the extra mile by removing every radiator and cleaning them inside and out. Our heating now gets hotter quicker and the flat remains hot once it’s turned off. More importantly our flat is now a lot more energy efficient. I cannot recommend them enough. They went above and beyond.

Greg is a massively skilled, talented, meticulous, careful and lovely man who can turn his hand to anything and make it beautiful. He's decorated many rooms in our formerly tatty old house, fitted a beautiful (and very complicated) bathroom, and taken on some fairly serious building jobs. He solves problems, works openly and collaboratively on plans, and his standards are impeccable. He's also a lovely guy to have around. I'd have him back and recommend him to anyone, with no hesitation.

I've had an issue with my water heater. I was never able to figure out what the problem was. Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient.
