Having looked at most of the reviews on their site I decided to contact them for a quote for a power flush and maybe replace our central heating boiler. As with any new boiler they power flush the system before connecting the new boiler. Our existing boiler was 16 years old and was near its sell by date we decided we would go for a new boiler. When they did the power flush it was unbelievable the amount of black gunge that came out. As our whole system was very old it created a number of issues when connect the new boiler. There were several problems all of which Alfie & Bailey overcame and came back a few times to resolve, including replacing the pump, which again was in a poor state. They even cut out a piece of the existing pipework which again was almost completely blocked with thick black gunge. We cannot recommend Alfie & Bailey highly enough, two super guys, excellent communication by phone and email;. Thank you both so much, Avril.

We used Vanquish Plumbing And Heating to replace our 20 year old boiler. Needless to say there we some additional upgrades required to complete the job. Bailey and Alfie did a fantastic job. It was not an easy job to complete but they stuck at it and were determined to get everything 100% right. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring any plumbing or heating services..

Had a problem fitting a new kitchen worktop. I nicked the gas pipe for the gas hob with the jigsaw cutting a small slit in the pipe. No gas for hot water or the job due to this. Phoned a gas company I had heard of who couldn't come for over a week. Googled gas emergency Bromley and these guys came up pretty close to the top. Gave them a call, this was about 2pm. Told this would be an emergency call (which of course it was) and to call them back at 5pm and they would let me know when they could attend that day. Did so and they were going to be there by 6pm. Called just before 6 and said they were running a bit late and would be there soon,. They were here about 6.30 and promptly replaced the pipe for a reasonable emergency call out charge plus parts etc. Very professional and clearly knew their stuff so they are now quoting for me on a new boiler. Recommend these fellas highly. 5 star.
