From initial contact to the smallest detail, Simon was responsive and friendly. He turned up when he said he would and provided updates at every stage (more importantly as the work was being undertaken whilst my 77 year old mother was on holiday and I live 105 miles away!). Simon was flexible, accommodating and never complained - even when issues arose not of his doing. Great workmanship and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend. Thanks Simon!
