I received exceptional service from Omar, who arrived promptly within an hour. He took the time to thoroughly explain my issue and even went out to purchase the necessary parts, successfully restoring my hot water on the same day. Omar also identified several faults that the previous plumber had overlooked during their visit three weeks ago. I will undoubtedly be reaching out to them again for any future plumbing needs!
