Such a big shout out to John, I had a problem with one of my bathroom waste pipes and saw a Jolly Plumber van outside. John kindly came by after he had finished his local job, and was so courteous, offered to take his shoes off upon entering my property and was just so professional and casual at the same time. A rare quality if I may say. Anyway, the job sorted in literally 10 minutes, whereas I had been sweating buckets for days. Thanks John, your number is now on my speed-dial.

I’m usually quite hesitant and cynical about industry services so always approach with caution, but John and his colleague were friendly, fast, efficient, and super sensitive to my situation (I suffer severe mental health issues). But they came and were super friendly. They even charged me less than quoted as they found the job was not as bad as diagnosed over the phone. I will be using them again.

Quite honestly the best service I have received in a while, went above and beyond to fix my issue and even attended out of hours to ensure all was well. A job well done and cannot sing there praises enough!!!

Olly did a great job fitting a new basin and toilet in our downstairs bathroom, and did an excellent job of the surrounding boxing / tiling. Would 100% recommend.
