I contacted Johnny's drains to come check our drains due to very poor flow, Jay turned up on time and was very polite and got straight to work. Jay kept me informed on what was going on throughout the job and even showed me the fault. I had a new house built and was experiencing problems with the sewer pump; but the original builder had gone out of business. I was unsure how to proceed. A year ago one company told me that I needed a bigger pump installation and quoted me £15,000. This year I discovered Jonny's Drains and they identified a few minor problems which they quickly sorted out for me; plus safe electrics (which I had no idea about.). Now I am booked in for regular annual inspections and everything is sorted. Quick to respond, easy to deal with and I feel as if I am in safe hands.
