this guy is so genuine. Called him as i have no hot water, he took me through reset on the phone and informed me that it could be fixed under my Bosch warranty. will definitely use him for my boiler service

This is now the second time I have asked Ali to fix something in my flat and as always he was responsive, on time, polite and was able to fix everything. Can’t recommend highly enough. Had an issue with quite a unique water tank in my Flat. My management company recommended Ali from previous installations in the building. Within 2 days I had the tank replaced. Ali and his colleague did a fantastic job. Clean, tidy, efficient, but most of all they were a pleasure to be around - a joke and a laugh and made me feel at ease during the installation but also for future servicing and repairs.
