Turned up when he said he would, kept to original quote. Quick and efficient at changing consumer unit. Even tidied up some cabling and sockets that were not part of the quote. Highly recommended.

I called Mike as I had hit a cable in a wall first thing on a Sunday morning, which caused us to lose electricity to the whole house, by early afternoon he had been over, created a temporary fix to get us back up and running and promised to be over first thing in the morning to replace the damaged wire. True to his word he did just that, within an hour he and his Daughter had replaced the damaged wire. I found them both to be polite, friendly and their work to be of the highest standard. I wouldn't have any problems recommending them and will 100% be using them for any future issues we have.

I had a sudden problem with various sockets and appliances not working throughout my flat. The issues were quickly identified as a faulty appliance and a separate issue with an ancient fuse box, something I knew had needed updating for a while. Mike explained everything clearly, and the first issue was dealt with, and also the fuse box made safe. Mike then returned asap to replace the fuse box with a modern consumer unit; this was in a fiddly access area, but Mike suggested a solution that made it accessible, and the result was a nice tidy job. The issues were communicated clearly, and quotes were given up front. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mike again, and I was really pleased with the service and outcome.

Mike has been to our home several times and has been excellent and friendly and sorted things out for us and he is very reasonably priced and came as planned and so I would have no problem in recommending him.

Mike came and fitted a, replacement switch for my shower and came highly recommended by the local estate agent. Mike was polite and professional and replaced the switch with no problems. I'd highly recommended him as communication was good and effortless.
