I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.

They were extremely helpful to talk through what work was needed and assisted me with choosing the best products that would go perfectly with the decor of the room. Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job. Great communication, friendly, professional and all work done to a very high standard. Highly recommended. We're looking forward to him working on a bigger project later in the year. There’s a reason why it’s so hard to book James! From start to finish, James is professional, friendly and, above all, he takes so much pride in his work. Upon visiting the company he recommended for the fixtures and fittings, it’s clear that he has earned a lot of respect from other professionals too. Our bathroom looks fantastic and the tiling is perfect. It was fascinating watching the whole process and especially the precision of his tiling work. I couldn’t have asked for a better result!

From the very start James was always on time, responsive to every call and reliable. One of the most professional trades people I have met - ensuring the work area was tidied every single day, to changing his plans to suit when our bathroom design changed. Never made a fuss even if some of the workload increased and took any issues in his stride. Proper emergency service! Luke and James responded to our need to repair a punctured central heating pipe in just over 2 hours today. They worked smoothly and efficiently together, resoving the problem in less than an hour. A true godsend, as we are due to have a new carpet fitted in the bedroom tomorrow morning! At a cost of £225.00, both my partner and I considered this a reasonable and realistic price for a call-out on a Sunday afternoon with no notice. They carried out the work as if they were in their own homes. What more can you ask for? Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Despite gas safe legislation, I can understand why gas users are tempted to do their own minor repairs. Recent lubrication of a gas tap which took absolutely no more than ten minutes, a small amount of specialist graphite grease and a bill for £60 cash has left me wondering. OK a call-out fee is acceptable, although I was prepared to wait for a suitable time slot, but this job was done whilst there was another local job in progress that needed to be left for draining a system. Can't fault the work.

I can't praise them enough, for the work they carried out for me! Mike had a very caring attitude and was exceptionally prompt in fixing my leak! He also showed great respect for me, by following covid guidelines.

We had a small problem with our thermostat, so glad we phoned Gasnier heating, they were quick to come round, did the repair that day, no fuss, no worries and no mess. We called out Lenny late on Monday evening as we had a leaking thermostatic valve on one of our radiators. He was at our house within 40 minutes and did an excellent job of replacing the valve (which included draining our central heating system and refilling etc). The work was carried out in a professional, tidy manner and Lenny did not leave until he was sure the leak had stopped. We are very happy with the work carried out.

Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. Thank you Paul and Sam for the most professional and responsive service, you are stars.

Impressed that I wasn't charged the £60 call out charge as they couldn't help me but they gave me the number of someone who could and checked later that all was ok
