I have used Jay a number of times over the years and he has never let us down. He really knows his stuff and he is always more than happy to go through everything with me so I am completely happy. He recently fitted a new boiler for us and as usual he went above and beyond to find us the best boiler for our needs at a good value price. I WhatsApp Jay to do an annual service on my Mum's boiler, but it turned out to be a lot more work needing to be done. He explained everything and fixed the problem. I really appreciate what he did, as I know some gas engineers would of just left the job, as he thought it was a straight forward service. I won't hesitate to recommend Jay to anyone. Thank you Jay

We’ve used Jay’s services several times, including for emergency repairs to a tenanted property’s boiler. Every time he’s been a legend, trying his best to fit us into his busy schedule and always going the extra mile to ensure our needs are met and our tenants are not let down. He’s very professional, always been on time, jobs executed to perfection and reasonably priced. When he changed the boiler for us, he took time after the job was done to FaceTime the tenant, who had not been present at the installation, to explain to them how the boiler works. There isn’t one thing we could fault Jay for, and we’ll definitely keep using his services in the future and recommending to others.

Highly recommend JM Plumbing & Heating services. Come on Thursday to check our boiler and recommended a new one, by the end of Sunday we had a brand new Baxi 430 2.1! Great customer service to fit us in a Sunday and definitely be using them for my services!
