Craig is professional, reliable, friendly, honest and transparent. We've used Craig on more than 3 occasions, most recently to replace our existing boiler. It's hard to come across people in the industry that you really trust, but I can guarantee that Craig is one of the best! He couldn't have done any more to us out. Had my boiler serviced and other gas appliances checked, and this was all done at the agreed time at a reasonable price. I booked this online, which was easy to use, and I had several date/time options to choose from, so I could pick one to my preference. A confirmation email also followed. Craig and his colleague were both friendly and explained things clearly. I will definitely consider using Applethwaite Heating again, and have saved their details for future jobs.

We had an excellent service from Craig. He was thorough and very professional. He charges very fairly and was polite. He respected the home he was working in left it spotless. We highly recommend his company.

What a lovely guy came out to service my boiler .He even let's you know when he is on his way and when he will be there.Nice and friendly. I have used him 4 times now and always the same .He is very reasonable and goes out of his way to keep price down
