I am no plumber or expert. My tap stopped working. I knew it was the valve, i had no idea about what part to buy. But i had the old broken valve, i took it in and asked if they had one. They looked at it and immediately knew which valve i would need. A good price, got a nice new valve. The tap handle was chipped and i got a new matching set of those too. Much cheaper than buying a full tap replacement. Good prices and good knowledge too. Thankyou. They take debit/credit card too. There is free parking round the back at weekends.

This is simply a great shop. Old school service, unbelievably friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. First time I went in there, Ken the owner gave me the small part I needed for free ! As for the people leaving poor reviews here, I literally don't know what planet they are from. The 'rude' old man Ken Is nothing of the sort. He's an absolute diamond.

Went to get the tools needed to change my bathroom tapes. The young man who served me was very helpful and changed my o ring and gave good advice on which shut off valve to use. I also brought 2 off them. Would differently recommend this place. Been Going for 50 years. Once again thank you.

Forget B&Q, they would sell you anything even if it’s wrong and they did. I went to Kenons, finally got the right toilet seat, the guy even put the fixings together for me & explained how to fit it. Service you just don’t get in a big store, I won’t ever go anywhere else.
