I have been using Paul for about three years at my rented property and I am so glad that I found him. Paul is trustworthy, reliable, replies to me promptly, keeps me informed of the work's progress and sends before & after photos. He contacts my tenants directly and always does a great job at a reasonable price. By trade, Paul is a plumber/heating engineer but I've found it invaluable that he can also do other small repairs, eg. minor carpentry repairs, fitting blinds etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have used Paul's services for the first time after reading reviews online and let me tell you - I'm very glad I did. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and above all, polite honest person. He took the time to explain what he was doing during the boiler service, also I really appreciated his excellent advice on various system faults and other plumbing stuff. After seeing that I had a faulty room thermostat, Paul very kindly offered to replace it with a working one from his van. I will definitely use Paul again for all future central heating/plumbing jobs. I highly recommend him and his services which are excellent value for money too!

Paul is quite simply the best heating engineer I have met. He is polite and friendly, his communication is clear and concise, he accepts a challenge and finds solutions and the quality of his work is exemplary. Paul did everything he could to meet our needs and made intelligent, well-considered suggestions to resolving any small complications. The installation was actually quite tricky, due to a long flu run in a vertical services riser, but Paul never grumbled at all .. he just got his head down and carried out the work to a high standard. Paul's fees are also very competitive and, considering the quality of his work, represent very good value. I don't hesitate to recommend Paul as my number one choice of heating engineer.
