The guys responded quickly and came out on a weekend with less than 24 hours notice when my options were limited and needed the shower to be repaired. The job contained a stuck pipe however the guys managed to complete it without damaging any tiling as initially thought. Professional, quick and easy. Appreciated for the work.

Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

I was recommended Aren by a friend and was not disappointed. I needed a boiler service and my usual plumber was booked up for months, so contacted Aren and had an informative response within 15 minutes. From that point on communication was excellent and they were able to accommodate me on the day of my choice. The engineer who came to do the boiler service was punctual, professional and got the job done in good time. The invoice and payment process was also quick and efficient. I will be happy to use Aren again.

I recently hired Jay from Reid Plumbing services to fix a blocked shower, he did an excellent job. My shower is working perfectly now! I highly recommend their service.

Jay was able to complete a complicated shower installation, with a pump to increase the pressure and tiling walls in bathroom. He and his colleague Yusuf were excellent in the work and finding ways to deal with issues that came up. When there were any queries after the work was completed, Jay was responsive and helpful. We will be calling him for future plumbing needs.

My disabled cousin had a problem with the shower in his wet room in London. I live in Yorkshire but Reid’s made it easy to fix the problem with their prompt service. Polite and kept me informed as to progress. Excellent service but living in Yorkshire London prices were a challenge.

In an industry of untrustables, George is a shining star. Not only did he fix our boiler ( and double checked three times that it was actually fixed) he leaves his customers with all the information they need to ensure it doesn't happen again. Honestly, note down this number and keep it close in case of emergencies!

They completed a massive central heating system upgrade and repair job for me (replaced the main heat exchanger, upgraded the system to three zones) including whole system power flush and installed a magnetic filter fitting in just under two days. Honest, reliable and reasonable price. Highly recommended. Luli solved many issues I have encountered with new plumbing works installed by rough tradesman. He has installed new heaters, fixed leaking, installed new gas/water pipe works/wastes, installed water filters. I have booked him to be back to install the new pipes/worked for my utility room and bathroom renovation. His schedule can be very busy, and difficult to get hold during working hours. However, I can assure you that he is worth the wait.
