My disabled cousin had a problem with the shower in his wet room in London. I live in Yorkshire but Reid’s made it easy to fix the problem with their prompt service. Polite and kept me informed as to progress. Excellent service but living in Yorkshire London prices were a challenge.

Jay was able to complete a complicated shower installation, with a pump to increase the pressure and tiling walls in bathroom. He and his colleague Yusuf were excellent in the work and finding ways to deal with issues that came up. When there were any queries after the work was completed, Jay was responsive and helpful. We will be calling him for future plumbing needs.
