George came within a few hours of my call, giving me a two hour window and 20 minutes warning and fixed my nine year old boiler. He was kindly thorough with advice on getting a thermostat and what sort of boiler to get next. V informative and well informed and I understand what the best option for me now is.

100% positive. Fast and fairly prices his work. They completed a massive central heating system upgrade and repair job for me (replaced the main heat exchanger, upgraded the system to three zones) including whole system power flush and installed a magnetic filter fitting in just under two days. Half the price what others British Gas and Pimlico Plumbers have quoted me for the same work. Excellent and reliable! Highly recommended.

Fast, reliable boiler repair in NW London. I don’t ever wish someone for their boiler to break, but if it does, I hope you call George. He replied at 10:30 at night and fixed the boiler immediately, without headache. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I had the pleasure to work with Sam and Lloyd on many projects over the years. I can honestly say they are the best people I ever had the pleasure to deal with. Since the first time I spoke to Sam, he put my mind at ease straight away, showing knowledge and already giving me an idea of the possible causes to the plumbing issue I had. Lloyd knows his stuff about plumbing and heating and he’s one of the few people left in London who can get your Aga or Rayburn up and running again. Is rare to find professionals with such knowledge and understating of your system and appliances and I will definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing, heating or any general building work carried out. If 6 stars was an option, they definitely deserve it.

Staunch and Flow provided a top notch, professional service. They responded quickly when I contacted them, confirmed the appointment and then handled the call/repair with great competence and knowledge. Lloyd was friendly, explained the problem clearly and had a pragmatic and helpful solution. I had a problem with my 6x4 Aga and he was completely familiar with the model and his diagnosis was swift and accurate. I could not have asked for a more helpful technician. In past, Staunch and Flow has also helped with a leaking radiator, installing a gas line and repairing the waste disposal. They have been consistently polite, efficient and reliable.

I have used staunch and flow a few times now over the last year or so for various issues and I wanted to leave a review because of my experience today. I had an emergency so i rang and the phone was answered by a pleasant lady, (I needed someone almost immediately) she did have to check with an engineer that he could attend at such short notice, which he did. Nathan was amazing, he came out on very short notice to fix an emergency boiler issue we had experienced. He was so helpful, ran through safety checks with us and explained all aspects of his work super clearly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick response and detailed breakdown of costs. Two lovely guys sorted electrical and thermostat issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. Plus they did the job in less time than anticipated and that saved me money off the original quote. Polite, friendly, no mess and a great experience. And now I have hot water again! Recommended!!

I had a wonderful experience. The plumber who addressed the issue at my property was friendly, polite and professional. He offered me clear advise and rectified the problem within 24 hours. My boiler was installed in 2020 and I have only had one fault. This was rapidly resolved, with a replacement part fitted by Vaillant. The annual service has always been carried out with professionalism, by very efficient engineers.

Very speedy call out, explained what the problem was and the remedy and most importantly the approximate cost. Worked quickly, cleared up any mess, which was kept to a minimum anyway.
