We have used Plumbing and Heating Services Bethnal Green before for a faucet installation and they were awesome . We recently had a bathroom remodeled. Adrin came to our house and fix the porblem very quickly. He was professional, friendly and courteous. Thank you Adrin!

Knowledgeable, professional and he was able to sort the problem within 15 minutes. I loved watching him work through the process to workout why the water wasn't getting hot in the bath I was having installed by another guy. Minar was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment I called, I could see the difference between this company and the others I called before. Minar immediately asked me follow up questions to help diagnose the problem, explained possible scenarios, provided advice and gave me cost estimates. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He then walked me through resetting the thermostat on the off-chance it would solve the problem, which it did! I'm planning to replace the immersion heater anyway and I will definitely be using his services again. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Minar is extremely professional and knowledgable. He takes a lot of time to explain the issues to you and help you understand what needs to be done. His work is thorough and of a high standard. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

Jeff Baer assisted us and he was very knowledgeable and professional, even helping us after hours with any questions that we had about our new system. Our new device even has a user friendly app that allows us to monitor our water usage, control how hard or soft our water is and other specs. 10/10 Recommend!

Late review, but I had a major issue (flat got flooded due to faulty AC installation) which needed a report from reputable plumbers. As the AC company refused to admit fault. Sonny came out and did a great job. He carried out a thorough investigation, eliminating any possible issues. He explained a lot of things to us and gave his professional opinion on the matter. His brother also came out to take a look to confirm what Sonny had told us. Sonny then provided us a detailed, neutral, and concise report. They're really knowledgeable and honest. Had a leak for about a week which damaged my walls, had called out few plumbers but could not sort out the leak and the main cause of it. After I was recommended by a friend JA plumbing the plumber came and within 10minutes he established where the leak was and straight away he started on the work. Not only he fixed the issue also recommended me to change the piping which was probably so old which I got him to carry out. It’s been a month now no leak what so ever, I am relieved to have had this plumber from JA plumbing and would recommend him to anyone. reliable guy and very thoughtful and respectful of my property, he cleaned up everything and left the place looking like it’s never been worked on. Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day.
