Pasha has helped me on a couple of occasions and he has always been professional and done a fantastic job. The latest occasion, we had a time sensitive issue with the boiler which happened out of hours but he still answered my call to give me instructions to rectify the situation until he was able to attend the property to implement a long term fix (which he did in a very timely manner). I would highly recommend Pasha.

Pasha arrived and got straight to work replacing the pump on my Vaillant boiler. Very polite and professional, he had it fixed and up and running very quickly giving a detailed description of what he was doing and offering sound, expert advice. Clearly an expert of his trade and great at explaining things in layman's terms for novices like me! Great service at very competitive prices. Will be using these guys from now on.

Our boiler had broken down, Pasha from Citywide came round, knew exactly what the problem was, went to get the part and was back within 20 mins boiler part replaced and all good and up and running. We enquired by email about our faulty thermostat and followed up with a phone call. Gabriel explained over the phone what the issue was, and what our options were. The next day he came over with the new thermostat and changed it in just a few minutes. Very efficient, very professional, and very nice too. Highly recommend.

Gabriel was quick reliable and ultra professional - replacing some pipe valves and installing a new washing machine. It was raining but he came after work and messaged in advance - he removed his boots every time he came inside and cleaned up and did a superb job - I will definitely use him again for any plumbing/electrical work and highly recommend him - thanks

Laurent is a life saver! He attends quickly, is knowledgeable and helpful and an extremely tidy worker. For example, he fixed my leaking back to the wall toilets when 2 other plumbers had failed! He really makes an effort to look after his clients, a very rare quality nowadays, especially in London. In addition he is very reasonably priced. Fantastic experience. They were able to get an engineer out quickly who sorted a plumbing issue out within an hour of arriving and at the quoted price. We just used Staunch & Flow for a second time. This time for a boiler service. I was pleased that the engineer they sent was Fergus who had come on the previous visit and was exceptionally polite, friendly and efficient as was the apprentice he brought with him. Fergus arrived on time and got straight to work, explaining what he was doing and seemed very conscientious. Choosing a plumber or gas engineer can be a minefiled but I don’t hesitate to recommend this small company.

They responded quickly when I contacted them, confirmed the appointment and then handled the call/repair with great competence and knowledge. Lloyd was friendly, explained the problem clearly and had a pragmatic and helpful solution. I had a problem with my 6x4 Aga and he was completely familiar with the model and his diagnosis was swift and accurate. I could not have asked for a more helpful technician. In past, Staunch and Flow has also helped with a leaking radiator, installing a gas line and repairing the waste disposal. They have been consistently polite, efficient and reliable.

I have used staunch and flow a few times now over the last year or so for various issues and I wanted to leave a review because of my experience today. I had an emergency so i rang and the phone was answered by a pleasant lady, (I needed someone almost immediately) she did have to check with an engineer that he could attend at such short notice, which he did.
