Had a whole new system installed, new boiler, new radiators and a reworking of most of the pipework as also wanted the boiler moved to a more convenient place. Matthew and his team worked tirelessly and figured out all the complications with upgrading my decades old system. I now have a much better water flow and toasty home ready for the winter. Completed quickly and efficiently and very friendly and professional guy, did a lot of prep work with me before it started and I would highly recommend him for your project or repair.

We called Matt out for an emergency as a hot water pipe joint had popped off and flooded our hallway and kitchen. He was with us quickly, and was calm, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He quickly identified the issue with minimal additional damage to the property and had us back up and running in 90 minutes. The plumber, Matthew, came at relatively short notice due to my narrow time limit for the work; he worked at a fast, efficient pace; his manner was pleasant; he completed the job I had asked him to do and gave me the option of booking him for further improvements if desired; he only requested payment on completion of the job after he had he accommodated my request for receipt paperwork; he checked that all systems were in working order before he left. Reliant are an excellent group of plumbers/heating engineers. I've used them a number of times, ranging from installing a new boiler through to gas safe checks and general plumbing and cannot fault them. They always turn up on time, if not slightly early, and the works are completed tidily and efficiently and for a good price. Very much recommended.

Faris was a nice guy and a great engineer, not only did he fix my boiler he also gave me some advice after I had been scammed by a different company who put a lot of pressure on to upsell me a new boiler. He assured me that my boiler was in good condition and did not need to be replaced so he saved me a considerable amount of money. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from the Reliant team. My boiler broke over Christmas and reliant were recommended to me and they didn’t disappoint. Ricky was round quickly to diagnose, and was reluctant to tell me all of the problems there were with my very old boiler. I decided to replace it and again received fab service from Dennis. They responded quickly, have done great work, were clean and tidy despite having to move multiple appliances to reach the boiler, took their time to show me how to use it and even took care around my pet! All of this for an incredibly reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back for any issues I have in the future and would recommend to everyone.

We enquired by email about our faulty thermostat and followed up with a phone call. Gabriel explained over the phone what the issue was, and what our options were. The next day he came over with the new thermostat and changed it in just a few minutes. Very efficient, very professional, and very nice too. Highly recommend.

I would happily recommend Gabriel! I have called him out a few times for issues with my boiler and have never been let down by him. I don't really like having workmen in the flat, especially when I'm home alone, but he has always been so professional and put me at ease! Excellent! Alex came highly recommended by a local tradesman. Upon understanding this was an emergency (boiler issue - faulty diverter causing the electrics to trip with no hot water), he came on short notice after a job he was working on, worked out quickly what issue was, made a number of calls to boiler manufacturer and also merchants for the replacement part, THEN came back again at 9pm (after all his other jobs) to install so that my tenant could have hot water that same evening! Amazingly considerate! I have never met such a hardworking, polite and skillful professional! I am based overseas and he made sure to keep me informed about the issue with photos/videos via WhatsApp, as well as costs, and in the end, he even saved me money from the original estimate. Highly highly recommended! Alex is a total gem who is now on my speed dial for all my London plumbing needs.

My boiler has stopped working. We had no heating and hot water. I called all my regular boiler engineers and they were all booked. I went online and found Boiler Doctor & Co. On a Sunday, I called Alex and he was so attentive, professional and helpful. He advised me not to waste my money having him come out on a Sunday night, and to wait till the morning. He gave me the first appointment on Monday. He came to the property in Shepherds Bush looked at the problem, and then went to buy the parts. My sister's flat also had the same problem and he went to Acton to repair her boiler also. We are extremely pleased with Alex. He is VERY professional and gets the job done quickly. I 100% recommend him.

Alex was absolutely fantastic, we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. We called him at 2pm on a Friday and he was round to look at the boiler by 4.30pm. Great service and very friendly. Fabio came to help me with a leaking and servicing my boiler and instead trying to take as much money as he could, like other plumbers in the trade would do, he helped me to save money and ended up paying less than what I would pay with other company. FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. He treated our home with such respect, as if it was a luxury home, we were very touched by it. He has restored our faith in tradesmen again. The company also seemed very professional. Thank you

I had the most amazing experience with MML Plumbing! I was dealing with a persistent internal leak from the ceiling that had me stressed out. I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.

I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

Maintracts are the most reliable, knowledgeable and customer oriented plumbers that I have encountered. I’m so impressed with them that I never go anywhere else. Their costs are reasonable and they are available 24 hours a day. It’s a Sunday afternoon. My boiler suddenly stopped working and after one call its was fixed within 15mins! We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. He installed a new boiler, he suggested also to get Hive which we found very useful. We would recommend the company and Matthew in particular, to everyone.
