HANDS DOWN...THE BEST TRADESMAN I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS! I have been following The Gas Expert on Instagram for a while and have always been admired by the quality of his workmanship so when it came to getting plumbing work done around the house there was only one man for the job! I initially approached The Gas Expert to replace all radiators around the house. Most plumbers at this point would just hang the radiators and be done with it however Shoaib took it to the next level. He was in constant communication with me trying to design the way the radiators look from the valves to the pipe work. Within a day all radiators were fitted and whole system balanced. Shortly after I approached The Gas Expert to review my 25 year old boiler and provide a new solution based on the current house usage and future requirements. Again Shoaib wanted to take the job to the next level and was thinking how he could add value, build a rebust/future proof system and more importantly make it look good. He clearly had a vision on how he wanted it all to look and come together. Having spoken and met Shoaib a number of times I knew I could leave him at my house alone with the keys. All I can say is that he truly treated job as if it was his own house and not leaving any stone unturned. Occasionlly I would pop into the house to do the odd check and I was truly inspired. It was like watching a artist working on his master piece. A true perfectionist! He continuously went the extra mile to ensure he completed the job with a truly high standard. The Gas Expert is really not your ordinary plumber. He goes the extra mile, does everything by the book and the level of detail he goes into in order to make the setup look good is unbelievable. The boiler cupboard is now a focal point in the house and is something I always look forward to showing people when they come over. I have even had a Vailiant engineer come over recently to carry out a Warranty job and in his words "this is the best install I have ever seen....and I have seen a lot!" On top of this all, he is a truly honest and top bloke! I can't thank him enough for doing what he has done. If you want the best...look no further!

What an excellent service! Shoaib gave me great advice my boiler before the work started which was very useful. The actual installation was perfect and conducted his work with a high level of expertise throughout. I found him to be courteous, approachable, knowledgable, communicative and most importantly honest and fastidious. He was always upfront about everything that was being done which is so important. Have used J H Plumbing to have my boiler service about ten months ago and Jim did a Brilliant job and was very professional and clean. I recently had a dripping kitchen tap and a leak under my sink had Jim guide me on purchasing a good quality replacement tap.Jim attended my home on 30/10/21 and installed the new tap and fixed the leak job well done and I am very please. Thanks Jim will be having you in early 2022 to service my boiler. It always great when you can have a contractor that you are comfortable with and confident will do a Brilliant job.

Joe (Marshalls Park Plumbing) has done plumbing work for me on many occasions over the past few years so I had no hesitation in engaging him to do my ensuite bathroom refit and he totally justified my decision. He is professional, hard working, and knowledgeable with a great attention to detail. The job involved complete retiling, installing spotlights, a fair amount of new pipe work as well as new bathroom furniture and fitments but Joe organised a plasterer and tiler (who were both excellent too) and coped with everything else singlehandedly. I am so pleased with the result and for all Joe's efforts. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

It was time to upgrade our bathroom to the 21st century. A complete floor to ceiling refurb replacing the bath with a walk in shower. We chose Joe English who together with his fellow professional tradesmen Danny (plasterer -1 day) and Mark(tiler -3 days) completed the refit in 21 working days. An excellent finished job. We cannot speak highly enough with regard to the entire experience from the initial quotation visit to the end. Even the removal of the enormous pile of debris associated with this major project was undertaken in a timely fashion by a couple of lads sweeping the drive before they left. Well done Joe and thankyou.

Excellent service and would highly recommend. Came to our rescue very quickly after our sink tap pipes developed a serious leak and started to flood our under sink area. Isolated the fault so that we were able to put our water back on for the rest of the house. Returned once new taps were purchased, fitted taps and extended pipework and installed isolating valves for future convenience. All in all a really professional service at a very reasonable price.

Excellant! Joe has installed 3 bathrooms for me and every time I am extremely happy with the outcome. Joe has also removed and replaced radiators and is clean, tidy and does not disturb paintwork etc. I have used Joe in the past and will be doing so I the future. I could not recommend highly enough.

Excellent advice and workmanship by Lazard. Costin gave us a honest and clear appraisal of our system. He gave us several options which were all fairly costed. The admin staff are fast and responsive, all work was done on schedule. Paul the gas engineer clearly knows his craft and his pipework in the loft was meticulous. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

I contacted Well-Done Heating when my father's boiler stopped working. I spoke to Sergiu and explained the issue and he was so educated and professional I was so impressed. He came over to my father's regardless of if being late in the evening and got the problem sorted. When I called him in the morning because the heating had dropped out again he advised me on what to do, which I did, and bingo everything was up and running. Thank you Serjiu. The plumbing in my shed has been an absolute nightmare with constant bursting of pipes! Constantine is a very nice, kind and polite man. He replaced my broken indoor pipe valves with special levers easily. I'm so glad we checked the shed first before he left as he discovered another leak outside this time, where the pipes had broken connectors, then fixed it straight away! I had a water leak on the mains supply in the kitchen and urgently needed help.I contacted Well-Done Heating and they responded immediately. They were extremely professional and polite while gathering the information from me. They then dispatched an engineer soon after and he arrived on time. He was very experienced as he knew exactly what to do and had all the tools for the job. The engineer completed the repair very quickly, then cleaned up. All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

It started with a leak, but several plumbers couldn't find the source so walked away. Then Antonio from Parallel came in. He spent a lot of time and patience going through all the possibilities and eventually found the problem buried in the wall, and fixed it. Despite a very frustrating job, he was incredibly diligent, professional, hard working and such a nice bloke too. His great personality turned a stressful time into a manageable one, and in the end it was all fixed and he did a very good job. As a separate issue, I needed to replace the boiler/central heating system and I had no hesitation in asking Antonio to do the work. He was excellent from start to finish; he came on time, dealt with all the 'workarounds' the previous plumber had used and left the place spotless, and the price was surprisingly good too. As a footnote, I texted Antonio this morning, 6 months since the install, as the heating wouldn't come on. He said he'd be here in a hour, the doorbell rang in 15 mins, he was on his way to another job. He was here for 40 mins, he stripped the boiler down, drained some water off (we'd over pressured the system, our fault), and fixed it there and then. And wouldn't accept payment. What a guy! I could not recommend him enough. BTW I have seen pictures of his kitchens and bathrooms too - which are brilliant.

Highly professional and trustworthy company. I asked for my boiler to be serviced and few weeks later when I noticed some strange noise coming from the boiler, Adam came to check it free of charge despite being more than 10weeks the boiler was serviced by them. Adam at Gasking responded rapidly to our old broken down boiler in a property we rent out. It was clear a new one was needed, but with tenants in place and weather cold this needed doing rapidly. He advised on the most suitable boiler and quoted a good price to source and install. The installation was done efficiently and neatly.
