I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. The repair was completed quickly, and the shower is now working perfectly. I really appreciated the fact that they took extra care at the job. Neil is the best. He went out of his way to advise us during the weekend. He followed up with us and told us what to do. All these over the phone without even charging us. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick response and detailed breakdown of costs. Two lovely guys sorted electrical and thermostat issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. Plus they did the job in less time than anticipated and that saved me money off the original quote. Polite, friendly, no mess and a great experience. And now I have hot water again! Recommended!!

Nathan was amazing, he came out on very short notice to fix an emergency boiler issue we had experienced. He was so helpful, ran through safety checks with us and explained all aspects of his work super clearly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. He was super friendly and approachable, could not recommend more if you need any boiler work done.

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left.
