Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

The service provided was incredible. I had heard about them from an acquaintance some time prior, so when I encountered an issue with my water temperature I called them immediately. We were able to schedule their intervention with no problems, and they were very punctual. My issue was resolved fast and efficiently, everything works even better than before ! The plumber was also very friendly. 10/10, would definitely call them again.

Washer dryer was full of water and sink was not draining properly. I called at 8.30am. At 1030am Chris arrived and by noon the job was done perfectly. Ash called to collect payment over the phone and invoice was sent to my email. Fast, profess, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Our boiler stopped working one evening in Feb which meant no hot water or heating... Turns out that it was installed in a very inexperienced / nonsensical way leading to several problems ... Ash was thankfully able to fix it, which involved a lot of calls to both the manufacturers and installation company - he even knocked off some of the price because of how long the calls / confusion added to the job. Couldn't appreciate it more

I live in a ground floor flat and woke up to a bathroom and sink full of sewage. Every time my neighbour used their facilities I was up to my arms in filthy water. After waiting for Thames Water for eight hours they poked around outside for a few minutes and then told me I had to call a private plumber. As a private renter, and a disabled person being told on a Sunday night that I may spend more days unable to eat drink or unable to use the bathroom or have to move into temporary accommodation I went online and looked for an emergency plumber. Within an hour I had Russell and Jarrick (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) at my doorstep. 45 minutes after that they’d fixed my problem and I could finally sit down. Well, not really, I still have to clean. But I’m taking a break from that at 9pm on a Sunday evening to tell you that these guys are bloody amazing. Thoughtful, explained everything, took me seriously and fixed the problem. Even offered to mop up the dirt they’d left behind but I declined as I had a whole house to clean anyway! Thanks again. Hope to never meet you again as it won’t be in good circumstances, but if I have a disaster like this again I know who to call! :)

Had a flooding emergency at almost midnight on Sunday, and they were the most helpful! Friendly service, arrived fast, and gave me advice on what to do before they arrived. It was clear my safety was clearly the priority, and they were able to fix the issue until more could be done in the morning. I’ve been using I-M Plumbing for over two years now, they’re extremely professional and fixed every issue we had with our properties. Had an issue with the boiler back in December, was late at night, about 1 am sunday morning, freezing cold... and after calling many plumbers came across this one. Arived fast, fixed the boiler and were able to heat the house again. Recently, while paying house deposit by mistake transferred pile of money to him(yes mistakes happens when you have a two year old running around you🙈) Found the number again, phoned the guy and he immediately transferred the money back. These days you don't find many honest people, and im glad that the mistake I made was with this person. If you ever need a plumber, dont hesitate and call this guy!

Certainly not a small project, Jay (Jamal Reid) , the owner & Director of Reid and Co. and his team helped us with a variety of work, ranging from total reconstruction of the WC and Bathroom (replacement of walls and shower, bath, toilets, sinks), installation of lighting and repainting walls throughout the house We found Jay to be very professional, and certainly made me review my own dedication for my work. Jay was able to complete a complicated shower installation, with a pump to increase the pressure and tiling walls in bathroom. He and his colleague Yusuf were excellent in the work and finding ways to deal with issues that came up. When there were any queries after the work was completed, Jay was responsive and helpful. He is such a gentleman! Before him, we had two engineers who misdiagnosed the issue and were reluctant to work on the flue. This gentleman carefully inspected the boiler, patiently waited for the inspection hatch to be cut, and then fixed the problem, ensuring everything was safe and up to regulation. I highly recommend him. In today's world, where the human touch is often missing, he truly goes above and beyond to help. Only ever had good experiences with WaterGuys. Scott’s always replied quickly and he’s totally transparent about what options I’ve got, the possible costs of each and the pros and cons of fixing the problem a particular way.
