“Harry” the plumber replaced my kitchen tap - and did a perfect job. He was polite, very professional, honest and efficient - and he also cleaned up after himself. I have nothing but good things to say about Harry and Plumus. It’s the first services company I’ve used in London that I believe has high integrity. I will be using them again if I need to.

I want to share my feedback. This was the best experience associated with the work of plumbing engineers. Everything, from the speed of diagnostics to the cleanliness of the work - perfect! These were the first engineers who identified the cause of the constantly recurring breakdowns of the boiler, as a result we had to replace it with a new one (none of the three previous companies that came to check said this, but simply advised "to use hot water for up to 15 minutes, this is enough"). The replacement work itself was done perfectly cleanly and neatly, after which they even washed the floor. I will be very happy to recommend using the services of this company to all my friends. Just had some work done having seen residents nearby with Plumus vans outside. Harry has left not long ago and has been nothing but professional, extremely pleasant and great with the work. We've still got work to do, but for a near-Christmas emergency - he's saved the day - all within the hour. I'd be happy to use Plumus again - they were timely and effective - I only called this morning!

Spoke to James and he clearly explained their pricing policy and in less than 30 minutes Harry was at our flat and quickly diagnosed and fixed our blocked drains. We found there were a couple that needed to be unblocked in addition to the long run of piping that serves the kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine. The building is old and therefore pipes are tricky to clear but he managed to get quite a bit out and was super tidy doing it. Harry even put down a mat to protect our kitchen floor without even being asked to do so super nice touch! I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and he was a pleasant chap. Jay was able to complete a complicated shower installation, with a pump to increase the pressure and tiling walls in bathroom. He and his colleague Yusuf were excellent in the work and finding ways to deal with issues that came up. When there were any queries after the work was completed, Jay was responsive and helpful. We will be calling him for future plumbing needs.

Reid & Co - "A name you can trust". This is certainly a true statement! Jay and his team provided services for our house refurbishment when we moved into an old house in need of modernization. Certainly not a small project, Jay (Jamal Reid) , the owner & Director of Reid and Co. and his team helped us with a variety of work, ranging from total reconstruction of the WC and Bathroom (replacement of walls and shower, bath, toilets, sinks), installation of lighting and repainting walls throughout the house We found Jay to be very professional, and certainly made me review my own dedication for my work. Jay is very friendly and knowledgeable, providing ideas for further improvements / compromises when required. Nothing was impossible for Jay (always has a 'I will find a solution for you' attitude) and our end result is a very comfortable house, which we look forward to living in for many years. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

As always WaterGuys provided the best service. Scott came out within 30 minutes of us ringing to make them aware of the issue and he fixed the problem in no time at all. Only ever had good experiences with WaterGuys. Scott’s always replied quickly and he’s totally transparent about what options I’ve got, the possible costs of each and the pros and cons of fixing the problem a particular way. Most recent work was to fix a broken valve and he was over and had the problem fixed in a couple of days.

Our boiler stopped working one evening in Feb which meant no hot water or heating... Turns out that it was installed in a very inexperienced / nonsensical way leading to several problems ... Ash was thankfully able to fix it, which involved a lot of calls to both the manufacturers and installation company - he even knocked off some of the price because of how long the calls / confusion added to the job. Couldn't appreciate it more

City Plumbers are fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again. The work was done to a high standard, with consideration around time, speed and cleanliness. We had a hot water cylinder installed and the engineers were first class from arrival through to delivery and completion. I can't recommend then highly enough. Very personable, and thoughtful. The service provided was incredible. I had heard about them from an acquaintance some time prior, so when I encountered an issue with my water temperature I called them immediately. We were able to schedule their intervention with no problems, and they were very punctual. My issue was resolved fast and efficiently, everything works even better than before !
