Spoke to James and he clearly explained their pricing policy and in less than 30 minutes Harry was at our flat and quickly diagnosed and fixed our blocked drains. We found there were a couple that needed to be unblocked in addition to the long run of piping that serves the kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine. The building is old and therefore pipes are tricky to clear but he managed to get quite a bit out and was super tidy doing it. Harry even put down a mat to protect our kitchen floor without even being asked to do so super nice touch! I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and he was a pleasant chap. I want to share my feedback. This was the best experience associated with the work of plumbing engineers. Everything, from the speed of diagnostics to the cleanliness of the work - perfect! These were the first engineers who identified the cause of the constantly recurring breakdowns of the boiler, as a result we had to replace it with a new one (none of the three previous companies that came to check said this, but simply advised "to use hot water for up to 15 minutes, this is enough"). The replacement work itself was done perfectly cleanly and neatly, after which they even washed the floor. I will be very happy to recommend using the services of this company to all my friends. Just had some work done having seen residents nearby with Plumus vans outside. Harry has left not long ago and has been nothing but professional, extremely pleasant and great with the work. Jay was able to complete a complicated shower installation, with a pump to increase the pressure and tiling walls in bathroom. He and his colleague Yusuf were excellent in the work and finding ways to deal with issues that came up. When there were any queries after the work was completed, Jay was responsive and helpful. We will be calling him for future plumbing needs.

Adam is amazing. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, fast and reliable. He corrected the installation mistakes of the boiler, also found out a gas leak in the house which is life saving. I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. The guy from A&E Plumbing and Gas was super from the minute we called them, they was able to book us in within the hour came installed our new cooker and left our place spotless! Highly recommended.

Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

Only ever had good experiences with WaterGuys. Scott’s always replied quickly and he’s totally transparent about what options I’ve got, the possible costs of each and the pros and cons of fixing the problem a particular way. He is such a gentleman! Before him, we had two engineers who misdiagnosed the issue and were reluctant to work on the flue. This gentleman carefully inspected the boiler, patiently waited for the inspection hatch to be cut, and then fixed the problem, ensuring everything was safe and up to regulation. Washer dryer was full of water and sink was not draining properly. I called at 8.30am. At 1030am Chris arrived and by noon the job was done perfectly. Ash called to collect payment over the phone and invoice was sent to my email. Fast, profess, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Our boiler stopped working one evening in Feb which meant no hot water or heating... Turns out that it was installed in a very inexperienced / nonsensical way leading to several problems ... Ash was thankfully able to fix it, which involved a lot of calls to both the manufacturers and installation company - he even knocked off some of the price because of how long the calls / confusion added to the job. Couldn't appreciate it more

City Plumbers are fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again. The work was done to a high standard, with consideration around time, speed and cleanliness.
