Josef was fantastic; plumbed in a new bath and even helped me source what I wanted on my PC. Great service at a very competitive price, personable and friendly whilst being efficient and professional. Not only this, going above and beyond by completing a years old ! garden job that required super-human strength and then same day went over to help my elderly mother and disabled brother with a number of issues at their home. Josef came round at short notice to run some boiler checks. He was able to rule out issues with the boiler quickly and concluded there was a leak in the system recommending a specialist camera survey to pinpoint where the issues was. He did not charge for his call out and was professional and polite.
