A very reputable firm. Constatine the Engineer sorted out our boiler after another firm said it needed a new motherboard. Engineer came and spent time to find what this issue is. At the end it needed WD40 and some maintenance. A new boiler not needed yet. Thank you for doing a great job.

we got an emergency yesterday with the boiler and radiators in our house. called a few numbers i got from friends no one was available before wednesday next week. found constantin on google the guy was at my door in les then one hour.diverter valve and motor in less then 2 hours all fixed. very good service cheap and fast. a big thank you i never recomended someone on google but this is worth it

I live in brentford and Ali came by as we had an emergency leak and no hot water or heat. He quickly was able to stop the leak and isolate the issue with our boiler. He came back the next day with the parts and was able to fix our boiler and hot water heater. Very responsive!

Ali and Abdul are first-class. Come on Sat night to see why our boiler has shut down, and were back first thing on Monday to install anew one. We still have heat, so great success! Point Service attended today on behalf of Hometree to diagnose a plumbing fault as I had no hot water circulating even though the boiler was fine. They identified the fault as a faulty 2 port motorised valve that had failed and needed replacement. I was impressed at how quickly they came out and fixed the issue the same day with quality parts. They were polite, knowledgeable, tidy and patient. Kept me informed and on time in suggested time slot. Explained everything clearly and accommodating due to family circumstances to come back to fix the problem with parts that evening. Recommended. Ali returned on behalf of hometree for another repair, this time for my boiler. He is friendly, confident, polite, knowledgeable and instills confidence in his skills to complete the necessary repairs quickly. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of N B Central Heat for almost 25 years. Over the years they have supplied various plumbing parts at a very competitive price. Good value for money for genuine parts. Their service has improved significantly over the years. Unlike many other bigger shops, e.g B & Q, Wicks, they provide on the delivery service if necessary. That has been great. They have supplied plumbing parts to many other places that I know of. The directors are very helpful in sourcing 5he right parts and giving correct advice.

I have used N B Central heat several times. Every time the company directors have been very helpful in the advice given and the parts supplied. This time I wanted a water softener installed, as the hard water was causing a lot of scaling around the taps, showers and toilets. However as there was insufficient space to fit a traditional water softener, they advised me to have an Aquabion installed. I read up on this and took their advice and had installed by one of their plumbers. He did a great job and I am VERY HAPPY.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted.
