Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. The repair was completed quickly, and the shower is now working perfectly. I really appreciated the fact that they took extra care at the job. Amazing plumber, would not give up until he solved a very complicated problem with our HUI/underfloor heating system, which we have had many issues with due to the way it was installed. Charged really fairly. Highly recommend Neil.

Brilliant service. Replaced a gas hob with an induction hob and needed to trim the counter more - no problem. Fitted TRVs to two radiators, serviced the combi and filter. Really could not be happier. Top bloke too.

I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.

Pasha arrived and got straight to work replacing the pump on my Vaillant boiler. Very polite and professional, he had it fixed and up and running very quickly giving a detailed description of what he was doing and offering sound, expert advice. Clearly an expert of his trade and great at explaining things in layman's terms for novices like me! Great service at very competitive prices. Will be using these guys from now on.

I live in brentford and Ali came by as we had an emergency leak and no hot water or heat. He quickly was able to stop the leak and isolate the issue with our boiler. He came back the next day with the parts and was able to fix our boiler and hot water heater. Very responsive!

Point Service attended today on behalf of Hometree to diagnose a plumbing fault as I had no hot water circulating even though the boiler was fine. They identified the fault as a faulty 2 port motorised valve that had failed and needed replacement. I was impressed at how quickly they came out and fixed the issue the same day with quality parts. They were polite, knowledgeable, tidy and patient. Kept me informed and on time in suggested time slot. Explained everything clearly and accommodating due to family circumstances to come back to fix the problem with parts that evening. Recommended. Ali returned on behalf of hometree for another repair, this time for my boiler.
