Best plumbers we have ever used. We have tried about 4 other plumbing firms and each one swindled us. We felt as if the hourly rate was fair, and even better that it is done on a half hourly basis after hour 1. Thanks for the help and honest solutions recently! Couldn’t recommend more!

I'm glad I chose Aren Heating & pluming. They was able to send out a gas engineer to Install my brand new cooker. From when I booked the appointment the engineer arrived at my property on the same day within minutes. Friendly engineer got straight to work and did a great job. Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

I was recommended Aren by a friend and was not disappointed. I needed a boiler service and my usual plumber was booked up for months, so contacted Aren and had an informative response within 15 minutes. From that point on communication was excellent and they were able to accommodate me on the day of my choice. The engineer who came to do the boiler service was punctual, professional and got the job done in good time. The invoice and payment process was also quick and efficient. I will be happy to use Aren again.

A great service received. Engineer arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable on the heating and plumbing problem they were called out for. Explained perfectly what they were going to do and how it would alleviate the issues. No time was wasted which I very much appreciated as labour costs per hour. Did a fantastic job. We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

Alex was incredibly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Three years ago our radiator burst in one of our bedrooms. We paid for three plumbers to fix the issues we were having with our central heating, the plumbers that came in just gave a quick fix but didn't resolve the ongoing issues. Alex identified that the issue was with our main boiler (it's 10 years old) He installed a new boiler and radiator to the bedroom. We have had zero issues since then. Alex has serviced our boiler for the last three years. I would recommend Alex to friends and family.

Alex is reliable and has an excellent standard of work. I had a gas leak, 5 engineers later Alex arrived, pin pointed the leak and fixed it immediately. Since then Alex helped us running a main gas pipe to our out house and installed a boiler. I highly recommend Alex, his expertise is outstanding!!

Alex is a great plumber. He replaced our boiler quickly and he works very neatly. We haven't had any issues with the new boiler and we'd highly recommend his service.

Alex has moved a boiler and replaced another one for us in locations. He understands what is required and advises appropriately and returns promptly if there are any other issues. Keeps in touch to advise on new government requirements and we also use him for servicing the boilers which means for a seamless efficient service. We have been very happy with his work. I think the fact that we are still using him speaks for itself..

Called with flooded bathroom problem in morning, sent images, quote sent via email for approval, job done by lunchtime , also identified another potential issue which was also dealt with later that day. Again, quote sent in advance for approval. Straight talking and reliable.

I've used Jack and R.G Austin a couple of times now - most recently to replace a couple of shower valves. Jack is incredibly helpful and provides honest advice about the best and most cost-effective way to fix issues which I always really appreciate. His communication skills are second to none and always does a thorough and fantastic job. I wouldn't even consider using another plumber in south-East London! 100% recommend.

Jack and his team did a bathroom repair/refurb after substantial water damage from a leak. From the start to finish his communication was excellent, checking in with every detail and decision before moving forward. He takes the time to understand what needs doing before visiting and where it's boiler issues, as I've had, makes practical fault finding suggestions I can try myself- which is very refreshing.
