Just about half an hour ago, I was parking in front of my house when I saw an SS Boiler Installation van. I approached Salman Siddique for a simple job of drilling a hole in my house, offering to pay him after he had a look. He smiled, quickly jumped out of his vehicle, and came in right away to assess the situation. Our CCTV installation had been stalled because of this one job, and I was nervous about hitting plumbing or electrical lines behind the wall. Without any hesitation, Salman gathered the necessary tools, did the drilling, and completed the job professionally – and to my surprise, he did it all for free. After a week of no hot water and heating and poor experiences with previous engineers, I found SS boilers on Google. They were able to come the same day I rang and diagnosed the problem really efficiently. Sal was extremely pleasant and advised on getting a new boiler. He was able to install it within a few days and the whole process was easy and not stressful. He made sure all radiators worked and showed us how to use the thermostat. Overall excellent customer service and will be using these guys for all upcoming boiler maintenance.

My boiler PCB board was damaged due to an internal leaking. Salman rectified the leaking issue and replaced the PCB board promptly. 👍 He was confident with service he provided and willing to give workmanship gurantee which other engineers were not willing to do so.
