Wow! amazing service, Shyam and Bob were so professional, courteous and phenomenal at what they do as they have perfected their craft and it shows. They fully serviced my boiler and replaced a part and went the extra mile ensuring everything was in working order and cleaned out the system and their components. They even cleaned up after themselves. I was even advised on what was needed to correct as the previous gas engineer didnt do them in line with best practices. If only all businesses were as professional and competent as these guys, the world would be a better place. They were so reasonably priced and I will never let anyone touch my boiler apart from these guys now.. A very happy customer for life!!

Very fast and efficient work from Shyam. He diagnosed the problem with my boiler very quickly on call out. Came the next day with the parts. Fortunately I also booked a service (which I now know was never done properly in previous services). After having several jobs done by Gosai Constructions when my boiler went out I was recommended Gosai Gas and heating and based off of my experience with the construction team I can say the gas and heating guys are just as amazing. Shyam was great and got me booked in asap for an consultation. He went through everything with me and showed me all my options and broke it down so it was easy to understand. He did a full boiler upgrade for me and from start to finish was great and got the job done with no issues. I will be using them again going forward as i am looking to redo my bathroom.

James was a saviour who fixed my problem after a bad job. He is a very honest, friendly, hardworking person who will get the job done and charge fairly. 5 stars to James at Hendon and Hampstead Plumbing! I had a heating system flush + connection of a new radiator. The works were priced fairly, but the stand out was the service provided by James. It is rare to find a tradesman who visibly and genuinely cares about his work and getting the best outcome. He was on time, knowledgeable, and left the kitchen spotless after he finished, and he disposed of the rubbish himself.

Excellent service! When the pump and expansion vessel on my boiler failed, VK replaced them and carried out a full service without any hassle. The boiler is now running like new. A straightforward and reliable engineer whom I highly recommend. I’ll definitely call on him again for any future boiler needs.

We wanted to install a new garden tap. It seemed like a challenge but we are glad that we chose Trust Your Plumber. Josh and his team helped with the materials and sourced everything needed for the job. We warmly recommend them because they are polite, fast and leave your house tidy after work. I was also impressed because they are Gas Safe so we will be using them for future heating and bathroom renovation projects.

My overall experience with trust your plumber was the best I’ve had. I spoke to Josh about the issues I had and he was over in a matter of an hour to come and sort it for me. Once again, Elephant Handyman helped me solve a plumbing problem. The washing machine drain overflowed and I had water all over the utility room floor. They got here fast and unclogged the drain. They tested their work twice to make sure it was clear. They did a first class job and very quickly. I highly recommend Elephant Handyman. Their plumbers are top-notch and very pleasant to work with.

Zach was able to fit me in on the same day and quickly identified the likely problem over phone. I had no running water so when he came to inspect he isolated the problem and fixed it within about 30mins - super quick, professional & friendly, kept the place clean and tidy as he worked, had the tools and parts he needed to hand. I was provided with a quote up front so no surprises when it came to payment. Nothing to fault and highly recommend - I would use him again.

Excellent local Shop friendly shop, and the owner being a former plumber knows what he talking about. Once I wanted to to "fix" something my self and instead of just selling me something he strongly advised me to get a plumber as it was not as easy as I thought it would be, and the other time I was struggling to find a plumber to come and do an urgent job, and he made one phone call and an hour later someone was at my door and the problem was fixed. What more can I say. Try getting that level of service at a big chain shop.

Sean, Rob and team have done such a good job for us from replacing our boiler to installing a mega flow, refurbing our bathroom and servicing. We can’t recommend them highly enough. They are great guys, expert at what they do, trusted advice and tidy up.
