We'd recommend Gosai heating and gas. Great work, reliable, very knowledgeable. Gosai heating and gas did the plumbing for our new outbuilding that Gosai Construction built for us. After having several jobs done by Gosai Constructions when my boiler went out I was recommended Gosai Gas and heating and based off of my experience with the construction team I can say the gas and heating guys are just as amazing. Shyam was great and got me booked in asap for an consultation. He went through everything with me and showed me all my options and broke it down so it was easy to understand. He did a full boiler upgrade for me and from start to finish was great and got the job done with no issues. I will be using them again going forward as i am looking to redo my bathroom.

Wow! amazing service, Shyam and Bob were so professional, courteous and phenomenal at what they do as they have perfected their craft and it shows. They fully serviced my boiler and replaced a part and went the extra mile ensuring everything was in working order and cleaned out the system and their components. They even cleaned up after themselves. I was even advised on what was needed to correct as the previous gas engineer didnt do them in line with best practices. If only all businesses were as professional and competent as these guys, the world would be a better place. They were so reasonably priced and I will never let anyone touch my boiler apart from these guys now.. A very happy customer for life!!

I contacted Ashley as I had a leak coming into the ceiling of my kitchen. Ashley clearly communicated when he would be able to attend and kept me updated. When he arrived he was very personable and knowledgeable and was able to fix the leak there and then. I will definitely use his company for any future plumbing issues and would definitely recommend him.

Rapid response from Armand to a Google Local Services request. Good comms via WhatsApp. Same day attendance. I live in a tricky area for parking but Armand managed that without complaint. Quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem with my heating system, made efficiency improvements, and taught me a few things along the way for future reference. The following morning I had a worsening situation due to air and pressure changes settling in the system overnight (unavoidable) but Armand was responding to my messages from 6:51am and helping me to relay instructions to my tenant in real time to apply a final fix. The heating system is now working incredibly effectively and efficiently. I'm burning hardly any gas to keep the property warm. Gas bill reducing substantially now. As with everything these days, skilled people don't come cheap; you get what you pay for and I would recommend Armand to others.

Once again, Elephant Handyman helped me solve a plumbing problem. The washing machine drain overflowed and I had water all over the utility room floor. They got here fast and unclogged the drain. I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.
