Responsive and available at short notice. Very good service, took videos of all the work done as well. Excellent customer care.

The plumber arrived very promptly on Easter Sunday. He located the source of the leak and repaired it quickly and efficiently. He was polite and helpful. I would recommend this company.

Excellent service. A reasonable call out fee charged considering it was late on Saturday night. A plumber (Mohammed) arrived in 20 minutes. I was worried about not having spare tiles to replace any tiles that needed breaking for access and he was careful to work around this to save my tiles which I appreciated so much! He was courteous, efficient and fixed the problem and cleaned up after he finished. Overall could not be happier with the service. Would 100% call again if I’m a similar situation.

My boiler was leaking everywhere at midnight on a Sunday. I called SMA and within half an hour they were there. (They had said 1 to 2h, they came a lot faster). They changed the broken part straight away and we were so grateful because it was freezing. thank you thank you thank you.
