Terrifically helpful! After our heating system seized up on a very cold Friday morning Simon was able to pop by later in the day, and quickly found the issue (some gunked up valves) and solve the problem. As well as quickly doing a service and sorting out some other hinky bits (expansion vessel on the blink too). We had heating again by tea time and a warm weekend ahead.
