Laurent is a life saver! He attends quickly, is knowledgeable and helpful and an extremely tidy worker. For example, he fixed my leaking back to the wall toilets when 2 other plumbers had failed! He really makes an effort to look after his clients, a very rare quality nowadays, especially in London. In addition he is very reasonably priced. Laurent is amazing! So responsive, friendly and keen to help. I’ve asked him to come and help with a couple of leak issues with my washing machine and he was there in a shot and super helpful and careful to tidy up after himself. He’s also hilarious, highly recommend!
