Charles comes highly recommended. He’s a smart, personable man with an excellent knowledge of heating systems and a knack for explaining things clearly. He was a pleasure to deal with, which is a rare gem in the trade. Punctual, communicative, plain speaking and polite, he knows his way around old and new heating systems. I’ve used him twice now to fix my old combi boiler & h/w cylinder system. Both times he got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. I trust him and will use him again when we replace our whole heating system.

Taylor was recommended to us by a friend. Since then he has completed numerous jobs for us including installing a boiler, changing all of our radiators and several smaller plumbing jobs. He responds quickly and is always flexible with timings. He is efficient and tidy and has been great at coming up with creative solutions to some of our stranger issues in our old Victorian house. Called Taylor as we needed to get a leaking isolation valve changed and he turned up a few hours later and installed a new valve. He also talked over a few other things that we have planned and I'll be looking to get him back for some more work. Highly recommended.
