They were so helpful, I cannot recommend them more. I had a load of old pipework that needed to connect to modern fixtures - taps and waste pipes. They found all the bits I needed and went through how to connect them all. Really pleased with the service. I usually go to B&Q but it is small businesses like this with all the expertise that we need to support!

Popped on Saturday (15/1/24) as we'd had a disaster with a waste trap in the kitchen. They took the time and trouble to find the precise part and demonstrated exactly how to fix the problem. Saved me a fortune. Absolutely 1st class.
