Todd always delivers excellent quality of service. He is thoroughly proficient in all he does. The work is always completed to time, looks great and the site is left tidy. Todd has completed a bathroom refurbishment and the installation of an air source heat pump. We have been very pleased with all of his work including smaller servicing jobs. Todd is highly recommended.

This is the second time that I have used Todd and would not have any hesitation in recommending him. He is friendly and helpful, you know exactly what he charges. First class in every aspect.

I had an issue with a room (north facing bedroom) in my house being particularly colder than then the rest of the house. The main issue behind this was the location of the thermostat which was on the warmer side of the house, the south side. I was concerned that the fix would require an electrician moving wires and cutting a channel in a wall, not to mention paying for an electrician too. However, Todd used his years of experience to come up with cost-effective and long lasting fix. Todd recommended that we put a valve on the warmer room radiator so we could control it's temperature and then locate a wireless thermostat in the colder room. 1 hour after the fix, the cold room was at a normal room temperature and the room where the thermostat used to be, the warmer room was still at a very pleasant temperatures utilising the valve. This is still the case 6 weeks later and the temperature has gotten significantly colder outside as we head into winter. Todd's great experience and job completion within an hour was welcome as I was tight for time. The job was completed with no mess, very tidy and I have used Todd for a number of jobs. The work he does is always to the highest standard, it's very tidy very and he is personable. He cares about his customers and about the quality of the job. Todd is just a pleasure to do business with.
