Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional, polite and focused. We were charged as quoted and he spent a full intense hour making sure everything was fixed and, more importantly, no leaks! I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. When I read the reviews of this guy I thought he sounds amazing and he is from my own personal experience.

Nigel arrive on time and check the unvented cylinder very thoroughly a valve had to be replaced which he could do at the same time. Very please with his work would definitely recommend.

Nigel was patient and polite right from the off. Having contacted numerous other providers, Nigel offered a pragmatic approach to investigating the problems with our Megaflo (others said we needed a replacement without setting eyes on it). He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, took the time to show me what he was doing and to ensure everything was just right. His diligence lead him to find a critical problem with another component which he remedied there and then. The result was the continued, safe, use of our water system. Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.

Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

Superb service. We have just moved into the area and were concerned about choosing the right people for servicing our boiler, without going to the “big suppliers”. Neater Heat proved to be a great choice! They sent round a young engineer, who was friendly, polite and most of all, knowledgeable! He was able to advise us on the operation of the system, as we had not had a combi-condenser boiler before! He also helped us to work out what was best for our thermostat zones and identified an issue (that we are happy to get done). He discussed maintenance without hard selling it and generally left a great impression! I started the review with the word “superb”… it should have read: “Excellent Service”!! I have no bother in highly recommending Neater Heat!!!

Couldn't recommend this company enough! We have used them 2 or 3 times now: First time was to install hive heating to an existing system. Second time for a boiler fault This time was with a problem with the hive heating (I really don't recommend hive if you're considering it - it's impossible to troubleshoot; the thermostat valves eat through batteries and it's really expensive) Every time Neater has been out, they've been on or around the time. They've always been polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic service!

Excellent service from the installation of our boiler in 2015, to every annual service and the upgrading of a couple of radiators more recently. The office staff are professional & efficient, the engineers are polite, professional and do a great job, always tidying up any mess & explaining in full what they have done. the invoice process is super efficient with links to pay online that are straight forward & easy to follow. I always recommend them when anyone asks.

Premier Heating upgraded our central heating system over 20 years ago. It now needed a new boiler, several new radiators and all new thermostatic valves. This work was completed and commissioned within a week to a high standard. The installer arrived promptly, was very thorough, professional and considerate of our furnishings. Dave from Premier Heating did an annual service and filling loop replacement on my flat's boiler whilst being efficient, pleasant, and professional. The communication from his colleagues via text and phone was clear and easy. Definitely would recommend!
