Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.

The water pressure in my shower was very low. I had three plumbers on separate occasions to look at the problem who couldn’t ascertain what the problem was. Ross and Kieran have been servicing my gas boiler and doing small plumbing jobs for a few years and have always been prompt, tidy and professional. Nigel was patient and polite right from the off. Having contacted numerous other providers, Nigel offered a pragmatic approach to investigating the problems with our Megaflo (others said we needed a replacement without setting eyes on it). He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, took the time to show me what he was doing and to ensure everything was just right. Dipesh is very friendly, professional and flexible. I got a water leak from my kitchen ceiling and Dipesh was able to trace down the leak to the bathroom's underfloor pipe up stair within an hour. Premier Heating upgraded our central heating system over 20 years ago. It now needed a new boiler, several new radiators and all new thermostatic valves. This work was completed and commissioned within a week to a high standard. The installer arrived promptly, was very thorough, professional and considerate of our furnishings.
