This is the second time we used Nelson’s services. He did a full boiler service for us last time. This time around he came out as an emergency on New Year’s Eve late afternoon to fix a very tricky leak that caused water damage to our ceiling. We feel indebted he sorted out our dripping ceiling on his day off. He’s always professional, good at communicating, and great at getting the job done. Highly recommended!

No job is too small—whether it’s fixing a leaking shower or repairing a boiler (even our very old 20+ years one), he’s always able to solve the problem. Nelson agreed a date for the job and turned up on time. He was very polite and considerate of me and my home. Despite what other heating engineer had said . Nelson managed to get the heating cycle into the loft without any issues. His work is very neat and tidy . At the end he talked me through what he had done and how everything worked.
