We have used Sam and his team multiple times now. We had our boiler serviced and repaired at our old house on separate occasions. We have had the heating system replaced at our new home by Luke, and we couldn’t recommend these guys enough. It was a big job that took a week to complete. I had water pouring out of my boiler yesterday. I found SJW heading in the Green Book, phoned in a mild panic and spoke to Summer, who immediately phoned Sam, who was with me 30 minutes later. He couldn’t fix it because boiler was under warranty but gave a full diagnostic report for the manufacturer’s engineer. Incredible service and I will definitely use Sam again to service my ‘fixed’ boiler ongoing! Many thanks to you both.

As always, Sam came promptly and confirmed as he was on his way. He efficiently serviced the boiler, checked the radiators (bleeding the one that needed it) and other elements of the heating system.
