At the worst time when it was -7 degrees with a 5 week old newborn, our 25+ year old boiler broke. I contacted Sole Solutions who immediately responded and made arrangements to attend. Gez was exceptional throughout - reasonable costs for the call-out and labour, he kept in regular contact with me about arrangements and, despite it being a very busy time due to the weather, had the boiler ordered, delivered, fitted and up and running with heating and hot water within 4 days! Was an absolute blessing in a stressful situation. I would highly recommend.

The office staff are professional & efficient, the engineers are polite, professional and do a great job, always tidying up any mess & explaining in full what they have done. the invoice process is super efficient with links to pay online that are straight forward & easy to follow. Premier Heating upgraded our central heating system over 20 years ago. It now needed a new boiler, several new radiators and all new thermostatic valves. This work was completed and commissioned within a week to a high standard. The installer arrived promptly, was very thorough, professional and considerate of our furnishings. I have used Bailey Plumbing for several years now and found Guy and all his staff extremely knowledgable and professional and couldn't recommend any higher. We first started using them when we were having issues with our fairly complicated underfloor heating system that had confounded many plumbers before Guy; however he was able to get to grips with it almost straight away. Subsequently we have just used them to re-fit two bathrooms and re-organise a plant room in our house and again their work is second to none. Fantastic service and work by the Baileys Team. This was a full bathroom refit and they coordinated tiling, decorating, fitting and plumbing aswell as arranging delivery of the goods from Grahams Plumbers Merchants. Absolute experts and Luke and team were so hard working, gave regular updates and cleaned up daily. There was also ongoing communication and active engagement with the owner (Guy) and Teresa in the office was superbly efficient and could not help enough. I simply cannot recommend enough.
