Niall came out today and replaced our leaking tap. He was amazing and so helpful as well as replacing our tap he took the time to look at another issue and fixed it as well and he explained everything so simply. We will definitely be using him again. Thankyou so much

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Excellent service from Niall. Responded to our emergency call out immediately and attended on the same day. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Also offered great advice and settings to increase the boiler efficiency. Excellent communication. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. We were extremely satisfied with the service and would defiantly use Niall again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a plumber

Niall was superb. He came out the same day, on a Saturday, sorted the rather complicated problem and got our heating and hot water on again. We are so grateful. He is also an exceptionally nice person and will use him again.
