I recently had my boiler serviced by Ignite Gas and Heating, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Brett arrived on time, was friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about the system. I appreciated his transparency about what needed to be done and he provided a clear breakdown of the costs upfront. The service was efficient, and everything was left tidy. Unlike some companies, the response time was really good. I'd been quoted a wait of over a month by some companies - IGH turned up within a couple of days. Gareth was friendly, identified the problem and didnt then try to sell me the most expensive solution. He advised on how to get the required parts for free, under guarantee from the manufacturer, and did his best to get the boiler working again to tide me over until he returns to fit the new parts. Not only *would* I use IGH again, I *am* using them again!

Previously Gareth had done some great work on my boiler about 2 years ago. Recently Brett came to diagnose this autumns new problems. Although a new boiler with a lengthy guarantee seemed to be the best option Brett happy to quote for another repair. I opted for another repair as it was cheaper and the work was carried out today. At the time of typing its as good as new (well most of it has been replaced now). So a big thank you to both Brett & Gareth. For me they display great work ethics, they are extremely professional and I would recommend Ignite Gas and Heating to others.

Our boiler replacement couldn't have gone any better - great visit from Gareth when he came to quote, his knowledge and the info he was providing was far better than anything from other companies. Brett & Gareth were excellent when they replaced the boiler, taking extra time to breath life into a couple of dormant radiators. Highly recommended.
