Very professional and friendly, sorted out my drain issue and put back my bathroom panel. Left the bathroom clean and tidy. Great service, will be using Proflo again.
Excellent service. Returned our call straight away and came over very quickly on the same morning. Gave us an estimate of time and cost before starting the work. Finished quickly and gave us some good tips to prevent the drains blocking again. Joe was really nice and friendly too! Definitely recommend.
This is the 2nd time I have called on Joe to help fix a plumbing issue (1st time was a different flat). Joe is super professional and courteous. He diagnosed and fixed the toilet flush issue quickly and efficiently. I would 100% recommend.
Joe came to inspect our works promptly and gave me a very clear explanation of what was wrong - a blocked and broken gully - and the work he recommended to get it sorted. Joe did a top job, was incredibly helpful, friendly and left the place clean and tidy. I recommend him highly.
