From diagnosing the issue on the phone, a drain survey on the following day, they correctly identified the works needed and two weeks later worked over a week to skillfully resolve all the issues. Their customer service is brilliant, taking time to make sure we understood the problems, the works they proposed and answering questions clearly at every stage. Let me start by saying what really nice lads Dave and Steve are! We were experiencing a leak which got worse after another plumbing company came to check it out and it nearly destroyed our walls and flooring. We gave Dave a call and within a few days he came over with Steve. Dave had a good look at our bath and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue and reassured us he could get it fixed no problem. We set up an appointment and they came back and did such a great job! They fixed the leak, resealed the bath and shower screen and even replaced the side part of the bath! Dave was really fair on the price and we paid half of what the previous plumbers charged us! Dave was even kind enough not to charge us the extra 30 minutes it took to have everything sorted! Honestly can’t thank Dave and Steve enough! If you need a trusty plumber look no further and give these guys a call!
