Brilliant. I'm not sure I've ever written a review before and I'm based overseas with a property I rent out in London. That's the background. Let's launch into the review. These guys not only deliver an excellent, highly efficient, fair costing plumbing service but their customer care is possibly the best I've encountered and that's saying something as I am a picky customer! We have received excellent service from this company in recent weeks, first with an emergency evening callout to restore electricity, then with a full NIEC check, fitting of new consumer unit and various remedial works. In the same period they came to service the gas boiler and when unfortunately it had to be condemned, discussed options for a new one and provided us with a quotation within a few days. All the five staff we have dealt with, on the phone and/or in person, have been friendly, respectful and courteous.
