Very speedy call out, explained what the problem was and the remedy and most importantly the approximate cost. Worked quickly, cleared up any mess, which was kept to a minimum anyway. My boiler was installed in 2020 and I have only had one fault. This was rapidly resolved, with a replacement part fitted by Vaillant. The annual service has always been carried out with professionalism, by very efficient engineers.
