Ali gave us a great service, calling out at short notice when the boiler started playing up and even following up the next day to check it was all still OK. Will definitely be using again if any other issues.

I’m visiting my very elderly mom and last night the boiler packed up. I couldn’t get it to reset. I called a dozen emergency services and no one picked up or returned my calls. I was getting really desperate and about to give up hope and it was just absolutely freezing. I called this company and a gentleman answered. I asked him the cost to come out. Really happy with this company. Had issues with my boiler, they came out immediately. Got everything I needed fixed and put back together properly. Being someone with 2 children I was very appreciative. The gentleman was very professional and kind.
