I have used David's services many times over 6+ years because of the high quality of his work. In no particular order he has moved our boiler, serviced/repaired it, done first and second fix plumbing and carried out various repairs. He is always friendly, tidy and I couldn't recommend his services enough.

We are so grateful David Ebbs could come round and repair our boiler. We had no heat or water after having to turn our supply off and he came round that morning and fixed it straight away. Friendly and punctual, many thanks!

Angel responded to a check a trade request. His partner got in contact and explained everything and made sure it was a time that suited us. Angel fitted new pipe work, water and waste pipe for a washing machine. Angel was very friendly and explained what he was doing and the options I had. Would highly recommend his services and would use him again for any future plumbing needs.

Enquired on Saturday evening about a few running toilets. Alana messaged back quickly and booked in a date for the following week. He turned up on time, was really helpful and friendly. Also a lot more competitively priced than a lot of other people we had quote us. Will 100% use again

Angel is fantastic and I highly recommend him. He will see you as soon as he is able, and is very positive in finding out what the problem is and how best to fix it. I have used him twice for emergencies and both times he has been prompt and helpful. Both times he had the issues fixed same day and the problem has not recurred. He is friendly and will explain exactly what the situation is and what he is doing. Very fair pricing too. He's my go-to guy now.

Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

Very highly recommend we noticed a leak on Sunday night causing us to loose all heating, and by 10.30am Monday morning Alford plumbing had come out and within an hour fixed the problem and left the area tidy. Can not recommend enough we now use them for all our plumbing needs

This was the first time I had used Alfords but as my previous plumber had retired I booked a boiler service with them on the recommendation of a friend. Fantastic service from being able to book online through to engineer arriving as per the appointment and with invoicing and payment online, what could be easier! Very friendly, polite and well informed guy (Phil) who was extremely helpful. No mess and treated my home with respect, even taking his shoes off without being asked! Would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a first class, fuss free plumbing service at a very reasonable price. I will certainly be using them again.

I've used Gair a few times and have only good things to say. Every person attending has been polite and professional and gone above and beyond to give me advice about the heating and gas systems in my house. The first visit this year was a routine boiler inspection and service as I wasn't sure if I needed a new boiler (just bought an old house), the engineer advised me that although old, the boiler was in good working order, but he could have easily recommended I get a new one - as a different company had - and I'd have been none the wiser! Plus, he spent extra time investigating where an old gas pipe from a gas fire went which I wanted removed. The second visit was the installation of new radiators across the whole house and a hive heating system. The guys did a great job and left me with a wonderfully heated home! Definitely recommend for honest open advice and professional service.

Excellent very professional service. We were looking for new plumbers after our previous one retired. We went by the reviews and are glad we chose Gair Gas. We had a new boiler fitted and it all went very well. Both Sams who attended did an excellent job and were very friendly polite and professional. The office staff were also very polite and helpful. As I’m vulnerable the Company very helpfully expedited the works. The added bonus is that they also do electrics etc and we are looking forward to joining the Home Shield cover as it will give us peace of mind.

Such a great service! I had a gas pipe moved to accommodate an oven. I submitted a form online for a callback which was swift. The quotation was quick and accurate. The price was reasonable at around £115. Two people carried out the work respectfully and expertly. The invoice was shared shortly after and payment was easy.

From the very start James was always on time, responsive to every call and reliable. One of the most professional trades people I have met - ensuring the work area was tidied every single day, to changing his plans to suit when our bathroom design changed. Never made a fuss even if some of the workload increased and took any issues in his stride. James kept us updated throughout the build with progress and anything he found which needed input he made sure he spoke to us to confirm. The standard of James’s work is extremely high and we now have a bathroom to be proud of. I cannot recommend James enough. I would gladly use him again and wish there were more like him out there.

There’s a reason why it’s so hard to book James! From start to finish, James is professional, friendly and, above all, he takes so much pride in his work. Upon visiting the company he recommended for the fixtures and fittings, it’s clear that he has earned a lot of respect from other professionals too. Our bathroom looks fantastic and the tiling is perfect. It was fascinating watching the whole process and especially the precision of his tiling work. I couldn’t have asked for a better result!

James has done a few small plumbing jobs for us at our business premises and has just completed our downstairs loo refit at home. He is always brilliant and we would highly recommend him. He is friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and endlessly patient in explaining all the options. He was very flexible on timings and worked around exactly what we needed. Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job. Great communication, friendly, professional and all work done to a very high standard. Highly recommended. We're looking forward to him working on a bigger project later in the year. Late 2021: Well, our second project is complete and James has done a fantastic job. We are so pleased. Workmanship second to none. Mid 2022: we’ve recently had James back to renovate our main bathroom. As with the cloakroom, James did a fantastic job. The work was completed professionally, to the quoted price and on time. Laz is a very good boiler engineer who has serviced my boiler for many years, and kept it going for several years beyond its original lifespan. He’s now replaced it with a new model, and did a very thorough job. Highly recommended !

These guys carried out a full bathroom modernisation. Can't fault anything. All knew exactly what they were doing and were on time every day until the job was done. We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us.
