Rapid Response really lived up to their name from the start. They responded to my request for a quote within 15 minutes. Communication was easy and clear throughout, their price was very competitive. When I spoke to staff at the office to pay the deposit, that was a pleasant and easy experience. John arrived spot on time, Mark joined him to sort out the electrics. My new boiler was fitted and all the controls located in places that are convenient to me, with minimal noise or fuss and John and Mark cleaned up after themselves. John explained how everything worked without being at all patronising, it's sad that I'm commenting on that, but as a solo woman all too frequently it's not the case. So thank you very much John! I'm absolutely impressed with every aspect of this company from the communication with the sales team through to the finished job, I recommend them absolutely to anybody and I'm very grateful to have found them.

Perfect installation in difficult conditions. A new boiler and flue fitted within 48 hours of requesting a quote. Freezing conditions with thick snow on a steep roof and all complete by 3pm. Fantastic work and very knowledgable about the subject of various boiler systems. You may think this is to be expected but not all like to share this information. Excellent and friendly engineers. These guys quoted for and installed a new boiler two years ago. Excellent service throughout. Came out to see me within two hours and immediately gave me confidence in the company. Steve came to do quite an urgent job for me of capping some pipes before some other work could be completed. He was able to come at a specific time to work around this which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout. Steve was on time and very professional. I'm extremely happy with the work done, price was competitive and everything was left clean and tidy. I have already booked him in to do some other jobs (new radiator and service our boiler). Highly recommended.

We've used Ste in the past to change taps, but it's good to have a reliable plumber on hand. He came today on time to replace the electric shower unit. We changed Triton to Triton as he advised this was preferable due to the piping. Triton recommends replacement units and he fitted it within a few hours. He tested the unit, tidying up after himself and applying silicone to a hole exposed through the switch. He luckily had availability within a week of contacting him and his pricing was competitive with Tritons own pricing for replacement.

Rang Stephen this morning, last night we noticed water dripping from the ceiling under the bathroom. He was able to come out later in the morning. Found out what the problem was after managing to remove the bath panel which was a problem in itself. He explained everything before he started the work and tested it after to make sure everything was ok. He left leaving everything clean and the old pipe which he had replaced.

We choose M&R Plumbing and Heating to fit our new boiler because we wanted a local company that we could deal with face to face and have confidence that the advice prior to fitting and the finished job would suit what we required. Also that the installation would be completed on time and to an excellent standard and post fitting any questions or concerns we had would be dealt with effectively, all within a competitive price. That is exactly what we received. All the way through the home visit to advise on what system we needed through to the completed installation it could not have gone smoother. M&R kept us updated at every stage of the boiler fitting and system reinstatement, effectively managed a few questions and post fitting queries we had and were very professional at all times. The completed job is fantastic and we’ve noticed a significant positive difference with the new boiler, we would highly recommend M&R Plumbing & Heating without hesitation, fantastic reliable company to use.

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

So glad we found B D Plumbing & Heating. We had an emergency and Barry was there within a matter of hours and worked hard all day to fix the issues. The following week we had another issue and again he was here very quickly. First time I've used this company and I was very impressed. Told Craig my issue with the boiler and he was round within a few hours, he identified the issues immediately and explained clearly what needed to be done. A small part had to be ordered, after keeping in touch he returned the next day to complete the job to a high standard and a very reasonable price. Wash plumbing and heating have done 2 bathrooms for us and we are thrilled with them both. Rick has sorted an issue that another plumber massively cocked up on my washing machine connection and so I asked him to come and service my boiler and fit a new gas hob. Contacted this company as an emergency as my son has pierced a water pipe sorting some floorboards. Rick was out within an hour or so. He sorted the leak in the pipe and I happened to mention my son had tapped another pipe, central heating pipe, I thought. No, it was gas! He was straight on to repairing that one as well. I was looking for a plumber in St Helens for some work on a property of ours - in property we come across many trades who are just the usual hard work , in efficient, unreliable not to mention ridiculous rates… Then we found Rick, he came to site … reviewed the work… gave us a fair rate and then even advised us on how to make further savings when he really didn’t have to. Lewis and Paul quickly identified the problem and managed to get my boiler working until they could obtain and fit the relevant parts (electrodes) the following day.
