Craig has done a few jobs for me and my wife and we are both impressed with his work and reliability. Today I had a problem with the water supply and I rang for his help. First time I've used this company and I was very impressed. Told Craig my issue with the boiler and he was round within a few hours, he identified the issues immediately and explained clearly what needed to be done. A small part had to be ordered, after keeping in touch he returned the next day to complete the job to a high standard and a very reasonable price. I will only be recommending Craig to others going forward.

Phil from Aqua attended after 2 other companies failed to resolve the issue and identified the issues with my boiler within 20 minutes ordered the parts and returned next day and fitted them, I also used them to install my bathroom and boiler in a rental property I own . Fantastic job could not fault them. Price was not the lowest was certainly no where near tge highest but the workmanship and quality could not be beaten. Thanks Guys 👍

Mike’s team replaced our boiler in a new location. The team were courteous, efficient, informative and did a great job, despite a number of problems that were encountered due to issues with the standard of the previous boiler and pipe work installation. I’d highly recommend this company.

They installed a new boiler for us, the engineer who came was excellent, he did a fantastic job hiding the pipe work which we were worried about. Contacted Mike as I needed an old and non functioning boiler and cistern taking out and a new combi boiler installed. He arrived the next day to assess the job and talked me through the whole process of removing and installing a new system. I found him to be a very polite, professional and knowledgeable young man. He contacted me after the weekend with a price which I was happy with and then arranged a date for the work to be done. The lads who came to do the install were friendly and very professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process as to what they were doing and when the work was finished they cleaned up and left it very tidy. The work was done in less than eight hours and the whole process had taken 8 days from initial enquiry to completion. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough and will definitely use their services again. Thanks for a great job guys.

Contacted JJK gas services on Wednesday after finding a leak, Steve came the same morning and isolated the issue, explained the problem and our options for the repair with estimate of cost, quote sent later the same day and all work carried out the following day. Charged a very fair price for an excellent job including an extensive service. Would highly recommend using this company for a reliable job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect installation in difficult conditions. A new boiler and flue fitted within 48 hours of requesting a quote. Freezing conditions with thick snow on a steep roof and all complete by 3pm. Fantastic work and very knowledgable about the subject of various boiler systems. You may think this is to be expected but not all like to share this information. Excellent and friendly engineers. Rapid Response really lived up to their name from the start. They responded to my request for a quote within 15 minutes. Communication was easy and clear throughout, their price was very competitive. When I spoke to staff at the office to pay the deposit, that was a pleasant and easy experience. John arrived spot on time, Mark joined him to sort out the electrics. My new boiler was fitted and all the controls located in places that are convenient to me, with minimal noise or fuss and John and Mark cleaned up after themselves. John explained how everything worked without being at all patronising, it's sad that I'm commenting on that, but as a solo woman all too frequently it's not the case. So thank you very much John! I'm absolutely impressed with every aspect of this company from the communication with the sales team through to the finished job, I recommend them absolutely to anybody and I'm very grateful to have found them.

When the boiler decided to pack in 5 days before Christmas and another company pulling out of an installation contacted Rapid Response Heating. They confirmed yesterday (Sunday) that they were able to help, we had a new boiler fitted by 1pm Monday. Thank you Ben and John for the prompt and excellent service you provided. I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

Lewis and Paul quickly identified the problem and managed to get my boiler working until they could obtain and fit the relevant parts (electrodes) the following day.
